My massage studio is in Cardiff Bay nedt to the Cardiff Bay Train Station and has a warm and welcoming atmospere with a professional massage table, fresh towelsand a variety of massage and essntial oils to choose from.

There is plenty of nearby parking around the Cardiff Bay area, as well as frequent local bus services

Same day booking can be made but to avoid missing out I would advise booking in advnce.

Swedish Massage is great for aches, pains and knots and will help you relax and recharge.

Once your massage is complete you will be washed down with hot wet flannels to remove any excess ol.
